Scotch ATG Gun 714
The ATG guns have been around forever, and were designed to be used by framers. The glue (in a sticky tape form) is really tacky and is meant to last forever. The original 714s ran about $50 and were only available through framing websites. Recently, Scotch released a new pink ATG 7 specifically marketed towards scrapbookers. This gun takes the same glue as the 714, but retails for about $35. Many big box craft retailers are carrying this product, so if you can find it (they’ve been super popular) go ahead and use a coupon on it for extra savings.

Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive
This is my alternative to the Zig 2 Way glue pens, which I’m not a fan of. My problem I always have with the Zigs are that they never seam to hold my papers together, even if I adhere them together immediately. I’ve been using this Quick Dry adhesive for about a year now, and it doesn’t disappoint! The nozzle of the applicator is really small so it’s easy to get real small pieces glued without having run-over. And if you’re doing big pieces, it won’t ripple the paper like most other glues will. The only thing about this glue is that it dries SUPER fast, as the name implies.  So if you put something down in the wrong place you’re pretty much stuck with it where it is.

Scotch Foam Mounting Tape
I prefer this adhesive to the other dimensional adhesives out there. I like it because I can control the size of each piece, as opposed to always having the same size square to work with. It is a bit thinner than other dimensional adhesives, but it is very easy to make double thicknesses.
