Valentine’s Card Swap

I know this post is a bit late, but I still wanted to do it. Better late than never, right? I participated in the Handmade Valentine Swap hosted by Lyndsey at The Stationary Place. Here are the cards I received.

1. This card actually isn’t from the swap, but was sent to me by my 16 year-old cousin in Florida. Isn’t is just the sweetest? I LOVE that she is in to crafting like me! She wrote me the nicest message on the inside as well :).
2. This card is from Sarah at Things Are Better With A Parrott, who lives in Rhode Island (her envelope was stamped with 3 vintage stamps that were just gorgeous!)
3. This card is from Jamie at My Lazy Apples, who lives in Massachusetts
4. This card is from Aimee at A Case Of Mistaken Identity, who lives in Utah

It is always so fun to get mail from all across the country, thanks so much ladies! We were all actually paired with a 5th person, who I never did receive a card from :(. I hope if you’ve signed up for my Card Swap that you don’t do that, and keep good on your promise to participate! I’d hate for anyone to not get the cards they were expecting.

On to a couple other things. Did you guys check out my WW progress for the week? If not, you can see it here. I had a much more successful week this week than last… I lost 4 pounds! Woohoo! Bringing my total weight loss to a whopping 4.6 pounds, ha! I still can’t figure out what went wrong the first week, oh well.

Also, did any of you see The Office last night? EPIC!! The Office is my very favoritest TV show of all time, with season 2 being the best. During one of the episodes of season 2, the staff of Dunder-Mifflin accidentally finds a movie script their boss, Michael Scott (Steve Carrell) had wrote, called Threat Level Midnight. Upon stumbling across this treasure, the staff decides to forgo work for the day and read the script aloud (Michael was out of the office that day). It was a really funny episode, but I don’t think Threat Level Midnight has been brought up since (maybe 1 or 2 brief references, but that’s it). Well… last night we finally got to see the world premier of Threat Level Midnight! Apparently it had been in the making for 11 years… haha! All the Dunder-Mifflin staffers were in the film, and they even brought back some old characters. It was so bad, it was good!

Alright, I’m hosting a Crop Night tonight, so I’ve got to go get ready for that.

Thanks for reading!
