To Pudge Or Not To Pudge

Tonight the hubbster was in charge of dinner. He opted to make some Morningstar Farms Chik’n Nuggets and curly fries.

I was in charge of dessert, and decided to make No Pudge Brownies. Had you guys tried these? They’re awesome, and super easy to make!

All you need to make these pudge-less brownies is the brownie mix (which is in the baking aisle at the grocery store) and 2/3 cup of fat free vanilla yogurt (which is essentially 1 container). No Pudge comes in your traditional Fudge flavor, along with Mint, Cappuccino and Raspberry.

Add the brownie mix and yogurt in to a bowl

Mix it up! It might seem like there’s not enough yogurt at first, but just keep mixing and you’ll get the right consistency

Add the batter to a “PAMed” 8×8 pan (the directions said to use a metal pan, but all I had was this Pyrex, and it worked just fine)

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, and enjoy!

No Pudge Brownies really do have a super chocolatey, rich taste, and you would never guess they are FAT FREE!
