My Wii Fit Challenge!

I’ve added a new challenge to myself, the Wii Fit Challenge! I have challenged myself for the next 20 days to work out via my Wii Fit. I haven’t set a specific time limit to do each day, as long as I get in some form of working out. Hopefully as I progress in this challenge I’ll be able to work out longer and longer each day. My current Wii age is 35, 10 years older than I really am… super depressing. Obviously I’d like to bring that down a few years. But, in doing some of the tests today, a lot of it has to do with balance, and 1) my feet are flat and 2) my plantar fasciitis makes it very hard for me to put  a lot of weight on my left foot. But, I am definitely up for the challenge and look forward to trying out some new exercises!

Today, I did the 4 different yoga moves I have available, for a total of 8 minutes. As you progress through the program more and more exercises become available for you to do.
