A Few Cards

I tend to like to wait to post cards I’m making for people after I give out the cards, in case they read LGP, so it doesn’t ruin the surprise! Here are a few I recently made.

Instead of using a plain card base like I usually do, this time I used a patterned cardstock as the base. I added a green mat that I Cuttlebugged, some white card stock which I stamped the sentiment on, and then a piece of patterned paper with a window in it. Added some ribbon as a final touch, and I was done! I made 2 of these cards and gave them to my in-laws and my brother-in-law and his fiance.

I must say, this is one of my favorites I’ve ever made! I used my Gypsy and cut the trees from the Winter Woodland Cricut cartridge. I Stickled the snow on the trees and made the sentiment using the same stamp as the previous card. I added a green ribbon and popped everything up on foam tape. I made 2 of these as well, and gave them to my dad and grandma.

For both cards I used the K & Company Secret Santa paper stack.

As I previously mentioned, my bro-in-law just got engaged, so I made this card for his fiance, Hailey. I used my Gypsy to weld 2 rings together to make the card base from the Sweethearts Cricut cartridge. The sentiment is from the Gypsy Wanderings cartridge. Hailey’s engagement ring is a sapphire, which is why I made the stone blue.
