Graduation Card

This past weekend, my brother-in-law graduated college (congrats again, Rob!). I wasn’t able to attend his graduation, but I made this card for him.

I normally don’t do vertical cards, so I thought I’d change it up a bit for this one. All the paper I used was DCWV. The solid red from the Neutrals stack, and the graduation caps from the High School stack. I used a Martha Stewart edge punch on the patterned cardstock, and then inked all around the edges with brown chalk ink. I cut the sentiment out with circle punches, and Cuttlebugged the red mat using the Dots folder. I’m not sure who made the ‘congrats’ stamp, but I used the same brown chalk in as I used around the edges. Lastly, I added a brown satin ribbon to bring everything together.
